"Staffed by arrogant millennials (not saying millennials are all bad!) who have the nerve to get sassy with customers. For example, two clerks, neither knowing who the Los Angeles Angels or Shohei Otani was, got irked when I responded with a bit of irony "You both work in a sporting goods shop yet you don't know this MLB team or this rising star?" The young African American responded with a perplexing "Do you know much about guns? My colleague over there knows a lot ..." Both of them grinning widely with stupid, sarcastic faces. "Are you trying to threaten me?" ... And like idiots with logic unknown, the black kid said "YOU'RE the one who is threatening!" ... I was flabbergasted not just by his logic, but the entire flow of the conversation. At no time did I show a threatening face, raise my voice or show any sign of aggression. When I was being ironic, I did so in a kidding way! Were these two high on something? ... Big 5 Hayward should be reprimanded not only for letting these idiots land a job at a publicly listed company (because there are a lot of good people looking for a jobs), but also for their poor training obviously."

"Friendly and helpful people with well-stocked and reasonably-priced stuffs at a convenient location for Hayward area residents. I checked out two high-tech Casio from Costco for $220 and $165 and end up with a low-tech but big-faced Casio at $26 with $2.50 senior discount. Love it!"
