"This Walgreens is just down the street from my house and I had run out of milk for daily shake. I went in and purchased some milk. I went home and made my shake, it almost exploded my blender from the pressure and when I drank some it tasted weird. I smelled the milk and it smelled off and low and behold they sold me expired milk. I had to go back to return it and all they said was “whoops, guess we should take that off the shelf” Definitely never coming back again. Might never go to a Walgreens again"

"Every Walgreens in San Bruno, millbrae, ssf area are the absolute worst. But this one here has to be hands down the worst of them all. The pharmacy in particular is the worst. You call you wait on hold for 45 min you go in person you wait in line for 45. Customer service is trash and trying to by something simple like milk is just awful! All employees don’t care about you and they are rude. They are always short staffed. I hate this place."

"Walgreens use to be one of the best at one time. However, today-I went in to take a passport picture at 7:20pm. The worker (female) declined service saying she has lots of customers and online orders to fill. I drove all the way from San Francisco. I tried to convince her her but I was unsuccessful. I always thought walk-in customers are a first priority. I guess not at this Walgreens."

"I never would have thought that I would have any particular opinion on a grocery or drugstore, but this place is the absolute worst. It's a bummer too, because I am just a block away from them. When we moved in, I thought it was going to be the most convenient thing in the world and I tried to use this location the way one would expect - odds and ends, purchases last-minute or at odd times of day... but I can't go in for anything - not even just a bottle of ranch or a pack of AA batteries - without expecting to be there for at least 20 minutes. I once tried to buy an ink cartridge there, but the clerk had no idea what I was talking about and the blank, lost stare continued even after I told her that it was for a printer, like you use with your computer. Just no clue. When I tried to tell her that they were probably locked up behind the other counter, she indicated that I should go over there, but she didn't follow. There was a guy waiting there for assistance and I had no idea how long he'd been there, but we both stood for at least a solid five minutes with no further acknowledgement. The clerk helped the person who had been in line behind me, then left the counter. No one came. That guy and I both left the store empty-handed. Everything there is like that. It goes beyond slow service and the understandable apathy of minimum wage workers and into the realm of incompetence. If you need a Walgreens (who really NEEDS a Walgreens, though?), spare yourself and go to the one in Millbrae."
