"We went to find out about the JC Penny portrait studios and to see if they offer gift packages which unfortunately they don't... but what you can do is purchase a JC Penny gift card in the amount of the photo package you want. Here's a tip: Groupon and JC Penny website have coupons so be sure to check it out leaving you $$ to be able to order extra pictures or whatever you want to do."

"I like this department store for the quality of the products they carry and for their competitive prices (clothing, accessories, housewares...). The service seems limited, however, as not many associates are available to answer questions and ring up purchases, so the checkout lines can sometimes be long. Also, I often have better luck finding clothing in my size on their website than in the store, but I like that I can choose to pick it up at the store, and avoid paying shipping costs. Overall, I'm pretty happy with JCPenney and recommend shopping there."
