"Several months ago my husband went in to get a haircut. Barber no where to be found. So he left did some other errands and then came back to Kramer’s. Again barber not around... then he was found laying on cardboard in the water heater closet sleeping. Drunk, drugged I don’t know. Today again try to use local business haircuts. I called and asked for an appointment and the barber hung up on me. So I called back and asked why he hung up on me. Barber hung up on me again. I don’t get it what’s with this barber. He don’t know me from Adam."
