"I have been going to Sisters Salon to have my hair done by Nicole. She has done an amazing job on my hair for several years now. I had lost a lot of hair from surgery and medication. Nicole managed to bring my hair up to a beautiful blonde, keep it healthy, and she told me which products to purchase that would work best on my hair. Thanks to Nicole, my hair had been steadily growing back. I was extremely impressed and pleased with Nicole. A few months the ago, Nicole had to go on maternity leave as she is having twins, and the doctor told her she had to take it easy. Since she was not going to be back for months, I was booked an appointment with another hair dresser at Sisters, who goes by MJ. This is where things went wrong. My best friend was with me (the day of my appointment (she is also a client of Nicole’s) and we both told MJ the way Nicole has always done my hair. We told her that Nicole used foils. I asked if MJ had a way to look up my history, which she said she did, then looked it up on her cell phone, and said she found it. She proceeded to do my hair; however, she did not use foils, and the result was an orange brassy color all over the top of my head, which she referred to as “warm” and I called horrible. MJ then put another color on my head to cut the brassiness. That color helped, but not enough, so she put yet another color on my hair. This time it did remove most of the brassiness; however, this left my hair much darker. After being there for hours, we were finally able to leave. MJ charged me for the initial coloring of my hair, then she charged me for both colors she put on me to cover/correct the horrible orange color. In other words, she charged me to fix her mistakes. I was not happy with the way she cut my hair, as she did not follow Nicole’s lines. Then I was unable to pay her, because she was doesn’t take credit or debit cards. Fortunately, my best friend was with me, and paid for my bill, which was $200. I feel this was a significant overcharge. I still gave her a 20% tip, but I regret doing that, especially the way my hair looked when I left, and the subsequent breakage I’m experiencing due to the products she used on my hair. I am giving a rating of 1 star based on my last experience at Sisters; however, if I were rating this strictly on Nicole, it would’ve been 5 stars for years."

"I’ve had services from various but Heather has been the only one that’s dyed my hair and I love her work! She took my dull lifeless grown out hair and transformed it into a beautiful new look! I came in with an idea of the shade I wanted and she really listened to my concerns, and gave me something that complimented me. Thanks for accommodating my walk in and allowing my spontaneity to be fulfilled. I can’t believe I’m loving it more than the blonde I’ve always done."

"Absolutely love my stylist! MJ is amazing, talented and super sweet! I have more of an alternative aesthetic and it's very difficult to find a stylist that can deliver. But my god can she deliver! Also the nail tech Marissa is amazingly talented as well!"

"My appointment was on Memorial Day so the salon wasn’t real busy by my 3 pm scheduled time. I was greeted by Nicole, who was very cheerful and friendly. The salon is very clean and neat and not overly decorated and just has a nice atmosphere! Leona gave me a Keratin treatment that turned out beautiful. Leona was very personable, and I enjoyed her attention to detail and knowledge of her trade, as well as her friendly demeanor. I’m most happy that the salon staff seems to stay informed and keep up on new techniques and can do wonderful things to my hair. I like that they recommend their co-workers that are skilled in different aspects of the salon trade. I will definitely be going back."
