"My usual salon was closed for Labor Day, so I decided to go to this location which was conveniently down the street. It has a 4.6 rating; what a joke. I had the worst mani/pedi EVER! The woman who did the mani/pedi, not friendly, rushed and cut my big toe so deep that I jumped in the chair. It throbbed for the rest of the day. The next day, I couldn’t put a shoe on and I had to take a Tylenol for the pain. The nail polish on my nails look awful too. Please don’t be fooled by the rating. This place has poor service!!!"

"I was very disappointed. After reading the positive reviews, saw the price of the basic manicure ($10) and it being a small family businesses, I gave it a try. It is a husband and wife business. The husband was finishing up his client's hair while another client was waiting for the hair stylist. I was the only one there for nail work, with the wife. I arrived a little after 10am (10:02am) for a basic manicure. It took, maybe, 3 minutes to pick my color. DETAILS: I mentioned that I previously had a gel manicure and that although I picked the majority off, there were still some gel remaining on 2 of my nails. She did not take the remaining gel off. She cut my nails short, as I had requested, using a nail cutter and cuticle cutter on the edges of my nails. However, she did not file them to give them shape. She did use oil and cuticle liquid. A buffer was quickly used. She touched my nails with the cuticle tool and hardly used the cuticle cutter, again very quickly. She moved on to the massage of the lotion which I liked. Next came the polish--again, very rushed and sloppy. I asked her to polish the edge of the first nail as it was missed. The polish on the remaining nails ran onto the sides of my skin and down the cuticle which was left as is. My manicure was done at 10:13am. A 10-minute manicure. I was unaware the prices have been raised. A basic manicure is $15. I was left with sharp edged nails, visible strokes of nail polish, polish running off and around the edges of the nails and 2 lumps from the remaining gel. It was hard for me to watch someone give, so very, little effort to their craft."

"The owners are very professional, personable, and provide excellent customer service! I went in for the first time to get a haircut. Don was very patient and attentive to detail providing a perfect cut on my long hair. I even brought my mother in law a couple days later for a short hair cut that she is extremely happy with!"

"Nice people but i guess the nails are hit or miss. My daughter's fill was great! My whole set, not. They're lopsided and messy. I tried to get her to fix it while we were there but she barely did anything, blamed the gel. Not going back."

"Don cut my daughter's hair, length was perfect and the line was as straight as I ever wanted. Tired of crooked line on my little girls head, not here! I got my hair cut and beard trim for $15! Owner's son served me, he was meticulous and I am very happy with the results. I have always been a guy of a chain hair cut place, I like the online check in and see the wait time etc. I called ahead to see ifthey were open on the 4th, and he said come in an hour and a half bc they were busy, I can do that next time no problem. My family and I have a new place, and its not a fantasy how great they are!"
