"i walked in he was very rough with my hair I explicitly told him how i wanted it and where to cut because of shrinkage and he didnt care he was going full speed through my head and i stopped him it took more time to try and get him to listen to me and stop cutting so much than it did him actually cutting my hair i asked for a maximum of an inch trimmed and got 2 minimum then got charged 45 dollars for a haircut that i never even asked for"

"I came here for the first time late last year after going to a hair salon that fried my hair to the point it was stretchy and came back here again this year to touch up my roots. Of course Eddy did not disappoint! He seems to understand pretty well the science behind doing hair and was able to bring life back to my hair especially last year when I thought it was beyond repair, I am very grateful for him and his willingness to share his talents with us!"

"Well I went here for a permanent wave, which they told me they could do. It took 4 hours and the lady got the solution in my eye and dropped the hairdryer on my head twice. She finally rinsed my hair and dried it, and the waves were super small... nothing like what I asked for. I told her it wasn’t what we had discussed and she said she had to do it that way otherwise the waves wouldn’t show in my hair. I reluctantly paid $180 (I shouldn’t have). Then when I got home I looked in the mirror and cried. Then I called and explained how unhappy I was with it and asked if I could have a refund they told me no. Not even a partial refund or a credit (although there is NO WAY I would let them touch my hair again). I washed the solution out in hopes that it would keep the perm from setting. My hair is so damaged now. It turned blonde, it breaks off frequently, and it is super dry. I would NEVER go here again, and hope no one else’s hair gets ruined by these people!"
