"I don’t usually do reviews until I feel it’s necessary. It was my first time at this location in Lodi Ca. Front office lady is rude & not friendly at all. Rudely told me that I need to take my son’s food to the car. Then I come back inside & someone else tells me I can not come in the back with my water bottle!!! That I needed to take it to my car! That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard of. I get very thirsty with my medication being taken & I can not have my water at this location! That’s ridiculous to me! Not coming back to this location again. Only stayed because my son needed to be seen asap!"
"We’ve always had a good experience with the staff at KidsCare, but today Rosa hit it out of the park! My 9yo daughter had oral surgery as a young girl and it has caused her to have a lot of fear & anxiety when we go to the dentist, usually ending our visits in tears and unable to complete her care. Today Rosa went above and beyond in taking her time to explain everything she was about to do and letting my daughter see and touch the tools. I couldn’t believe how well she did - she was even smiling & laughing at the end of her cleaning! To leave watching my daughter beaming, proud of herself for getting through her visit without fear or tears — wow! Thank you Rosa and staff for taking the time to truly care for our family & our needs today."
