"Kicked out of the chair because they double booked! I booked an appointment and morning of, got a message asking if I could move it back an hour. I said I couldn't and heard no response, so I showed up for my appointment. When I got there, I was seated immediately, told Edwin what I wanted and he combed my hair through. His "regular" shows up, so he kicks me out of the chair. I'm told to wait because another barber is waiting on someone who might not show. That person never shows, but the other barber disappears and I'm told they can't help me (did he decide to go on break? No explanation was given). There was zero effort to correct the problem, other than a lame "sorry" and an offer to give me someone's number so when I book again this won't happen. Like I plan on booking again... Completely unprofessional."

I like my style to be a little edgy and Tom always comes through. When Tom is away, I have had Julian and he is great too. As a woman, I can tell you that you will get the salon style and cut without the prices by going here."
