"Super understaffed because it takes 2-3 hours for them to get to you. The card reader And computer never works and the costs starts at $30. Staff don’t speak English or Spanish. Queues go out the door because it’s the only place near downtown. Customers have to diagnose the card reader. Very dirty floors. Phones are ringing every moment and so the stylists are always taking calls. They don’t cut hair majority of the time. Hire a front desk staff. This place is the worst service on Earth. I wasted my time here."
