My son had severe problems and he carefully created a comprehensive plan to fix all those problems and also provide great preventative care plan. "I had a horrible experience with this doctor! Dr. Le showed no concern for my son who is only 5 years old and was screaming from fear. This guy should not be working in Pediatrics at all! He has horrible bedside manner and didn’t care about our little boy. He also discounted our concerns and made us feel like we were burdening him. He really makes UCSF look horrible- we have only had positive experiences before at UCSF. This was terrible ! Just beyond terrible. I do not have the words to express the frustration I felt with him and his staff. It was a group of people who didn’t care about my son, and before this experience, the staff there has always been so caring."
