"I have been going here off and on, and there is one stylist that is good, but more important, she is consistent when giving cuts. Well, there is another and I won’t say her name because I’m not trying to put her on blast, but she screwed up my haircut, it was uneven and I noticed she had a hard time focusing or using a steady hand. I figured I would give it another try (maybe she was having a difficult day?) but when I brought my 5 year old in, guess what??? He ended up with her and she “BUTCHERED” his hair ! And didn’t offer money back but even had enough nerve to say “he was moving too much “???? Well, you shouldn’t be cutting ANY child’s hair if that’s your only reason? Of course they move around …. They are children! I’m not going back there ever. Rude behavior, but what’s worse is bad haircut and no compensation!!! Customer’s beware! Try a different Great Clips location!!!"
