"I used to come here when Tracy worked here. This was the first time in years I’ve been back. But I figured an easy old gel removal would be easy and quick for anyone. (I am a board certified cosmetologist) typically I don’t care to tell artists how to do their job so I sat quietly. But the woman barely let the polish loosen under acetone, she then scraped off my gel polish to the point of my actual nails being scraped off. I have very fragile nails from working with chemicals and water and this is the reason I go to pay another professional to have them removed properly. The woman also cut my skin in a few areas and now that it’s been a day later, my finger tips are swollen and very painful. I understand it happens and that no one is perfect. The real reason I wanted to leave a review….the tools used were not new and not coming from a sanction solution, nor did she use a new file and emery board."
