"I really don't like giving negative review. Each time I call this company, I'm assisted by someone (I think her name is Jody) not at all trained in customer service. Im not sure if she's the owner, but either way, if you're running a business and dealing with customers, I believe you should at least be nice (since customer service is lacking) to the customers on the other line. She kept interrupting me as I try to speak and I hate to say, she's just plain out rude, in more than a couple of occasions. Maybe hire someone who's trained in customer service ?"
