"While getting my teeth x-rayed the person taking my x-ray instructed me to put a square x-ray hard plastic piece with a cord attached in my mouth and to bite down. While I was biting down the person tripped over the cord and ripped the square from my clenched jaws."

"I had service there back in 2018 and paid in full at the time. In February of 2023 I was surprised to find a bill in the mail saying I still had a balance due! After calling in concerned and being treated very rudely, I spoke to my dental insurance carrier and as it turns out I actually OVERPAID back in 2018! I’m still in the process of trying to get back the money I overpaid. Be warned…. Make sure you know what you are obligated to pay and pay close attention to your invoices! I will never go back."
