"The worst customer service ever. Call regarding an estimate of the work that is being done as I wanted to know how much my insurance cover and how much out of package. Come to find out that they do not submit claims to the insurance as they only charge what the insurance does not cover (supposedly)Call my insurance company and a root canal should be 250 out of packet and they want to charge thousands of dollars. I file a grievance with the Insurance company and they suggested I request an estimated bill of their charges along with my deductible. I called and spoke to Alice (refused to give me a last name) and she was extremely belligerent. I would not recommend this place. I believe they had gotten away with this scam for to long."

"I've been coming to Dr. Tao for years. He and his staff are all exceptional. Warm and inviting environment, I know people get nervous going to the dentist, but you will be at ease here. This dentist is thorough and honest, they obviously care about your well being and will offer any and all methods to take care of you and make sure your teeth are healthy and that you are happy."

"Tl;dr : terrible lobby service, specialists only show up once a month so expect to wait a month to be seen. I'll first start that this is a lesson to me. Do not continue giving business just because you don't want to be "mean" by leaving. They used to be uncomfortable and crowded. But they have a new building. This doesn't speak for their service which has never been worse. After "waiting for a seat" for 30 minutes ,a family came with a small child. Checked in and signed their name. They were seated immediately. Upon asking why I have to wait, receptionist suggest I make an appointment at a different time "so it won't be so busy". I made the appointment a month ago so I can't predict business patterns lady. Hilarious how she tells me what time I should come, you know because no one has a life right? Don't bother complaining, the staff doesn't make enough to care. As was made very clear when I was seated nearly an hour later."

"My family has been going there for years and would hate to even think about any other option. Their front of the house staff is incredible. I have referred many people over the years and have always had great feedback. If you are looking for a first class operation, look no further."
