"We have ordered from Stay Warm Stay Cool for many years with success. Unfortunately, service has declined tremendously over the last year. It is impossible to reach someone via phone and no one will respond to voicemails or emails. We currently have two outstanding orders placed from May and July 2023 that have not been fulfilled and no one will respond to our requests for information. Buyer beware."
"Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again. I'm really disappointed because their products look very good, but I ordered a cooling vest for my child who does not sweat. The order was placed on April 20th, a month went by and there was no contact from the company and no product shipped. When I bought it, it stated 3-5 business days for shipping. There is no plausible way to contact them. Their phone number goes directly to a voicemail and I left 2 messages, and never received a call back. There is no chat feature available online, but you can send messages--if you know where to look. I sent a message and it took them over a week to respond. They told me there was a delay with the order because not all the pieces arrived. I asked them how long it was going to take, but they didn't answer me. I asked if they could ship the vest separately, explaining how important this was for my daughter who does not sweat, and they said they could not. I asked, again, how long would it be for the other part to arrive and they ignored that question again. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I told them I really don't want to and asked a third time how long the ice packs would take to arrive--and again, no answer. It was very obvious that they were not going to answer this question. I told them I wanted to actually TALK to someone on the phone and that I wanted to cancel my order because it's been 6 weeks since I ordered this item and they refuse to answer my questions. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I will never order from this company again. The only positive thing I can say is that they DID cancel my order quickly, but that only tells me they are reading my messages in a timely matter and not responding to them."
