I was handle with care. it almost brings tears to my eyes, because it's so hard these days to receive great customer service and Dr. Wong is still keeping those good old fashion practices in place. "I was having issue with my previously filled tooth and I haven't been getting any dental service since I moved to US in 2019. I got to know this dental care as well as Dr. Wong from Google Map as I need a doctor who can speak mandarin since English is not my mother language, it would be better to speak in mother language when doing medical treatment. Luckily Earnest is in-network of my dental insurance and I got appointment just 2 days after I made the call. The whole process was running great, the assistant lady is very friendly and Dr. Wong is very patient to explain the situation of my every teeth. I got my teeth X-Ray and deep clean and also refilled the issue tooth, I am very happy with the service by Earnest."

"I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr. Wong. I can tell he cares deeply about his patients because he takes the time to explain things about my dental health. Whenever my previous dentists were talking dental terminology to me it would fly over my head and I didn't understand anything. However Dr. Wong showed me a 3D model of my teeth and explained what's happening with my bite and what it means in practical terms. Dr. Wong is also the most gentle dentist that I've had! I didn't have to get numbed when he had to remove a shallow filling on my tooth and the cleaning pain free. Highly recommended!"
