Sweet Tooth Care

"An awful experience. I went in for a teeth cleaning, and the nurse insisted on me getting an X-ray. I inquired if it was absolutely necessary and whether I could decline. They replied I could, but I would need to sign a consent for an X-ray the next time. Afterwards, they became impatient and gave me unfriendly looks. Then, a doctor came over to say I must have the X-ray, which I again refused, explaining to the doctor that I did not see the need for it. Every X-ray requires biting down on a card forcefully, which is extremely painful. There was even an instance where it caused bleeding. Consequently, the doctor asked if I needed to see a specialist, leaving me bewildered as to why a specialist was necessary. "Because of the bleeding?" they said. I was speechless... In the end, I left without getting my teeth cleaned, unwilling to let them proceed... Do not go here for teeth cleaning. They lack empathy, focusing solely on making money, indifferent to the patient's feelings. I will not return here. --- update: My xray has already taken before and will not due until April due to company policy. I have cleaned here before without an active Xray. For anyone else, as this post is slowly turning into an endless debate, check other negative reviews and you will get the idea."

"I used to love this place However, since the new management took over their rate /structure changed. Not only they are charging for services that I have never been charged before but rude/unprofessional. I was told on the day of my appt that I will have a co-pay? Keep in mind the appt was made 6 months in advance my self and my two kids. I would've have find someone else if I was informed in a timely manner when this change took place. So unprofessional would not recommend to anyone else anymore."

"Horrible phone service! Professionals without empathy! I had to cancel my appointment 6 hours in advance because my baby got very sick, and the super rude attendant simply said that he would discount 75$ for the cancellation I made! It would be my second visit to the office, but this fact means that I will never go back and have a bad experience, because dental treatment is not cheap, and besides, at a time when I need the empathy of the professionals I trusted, they make me this undone, this rudeness! Anyway, I don't recommend it!"

"I moved to the Bay Area and was struggling finding a good dentist until my friend recommended Sweet Tooth Care in Milpitas. After a few disappointing and frustrating experiences with some other dentists I'm glad to be in good hands now. The team is great and always makes me feel comfortable if I'm nervous. They are very informative and gentle during the procedures. I'm able to schedule last minute appointments easily and for the first time I don't feel ripped off. Highly recommend them!"

"Before my first initial visit to Sweet Tooth Care, I had not gone to a dentist in over 8 years. I was extremely nervous and was going to back out at the last minute. However, I decided that my oral care is very important and I had already procrastinated enough. I went in and had one of the best experiences I have ever had. The Dentist and Dental Hygienist Stella were very sweet and professional. They knew I was nervous and took very good care of me. I have already went back for my second visit to have two fillings and I would say they're helping me overcome my fear of dental visits. If you are looking for a great, professional, and compassionate dental team to go to; I would definitely recommend Sweet Tooth Care to you."
