"Cashier was nice and all until she asked about rounding up my total for donation. I said no and she paused and said with a condescending attitude “Really? Not even 11 cents?.” I firmly said no and she let it go but was stand offish while handing my receipt. I find that response/behavior really odd and felt slightly uncomfortable."
"Spencer's is my favorite store, honestly being antisocial and weird it's hard to find clothes that fit my personality but seriously they have all the anname clothes I love! And their trinkets just Crack me up, I probably own half the store by now. And their staff is always super helpful and so sweet!"
"Super crowded! If they had more staff, like 1 more it would help. People want a lot of what they can't reach or body jewelry that's all locked up. Otherwise the store is great!"
"On July 13 I attempted to purchase something for $154, my card didn't go through for the full amount I asked the manager if they will Accept the balance with another card, I was told no I can't, I was given a voided receipt. Two days later I see a charge of $73 on my credit card. I called the corporate office, they asked me for all kind of proof to provide them with to get to the root of the issue. All what I wanted for them to give me back what they stole from my account. I gave them all the information they needed via email, I was promised by email that I will have my money back on my card. It has been over a month I don't have my money. What a freaking ripoff of a company!!! S&@$ of a company not only the Temecula store but the whole company! I ask if everyone to avoid this ripoff company"
"Always an interesting experience. So silly!! I find myself giggling all through out the store. The ladies working in the store today were very kind and helpful!! Picked up an awesome Marvin the Martian hat today! Sweet deal and stoked we walked in and found it."
