"If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to buy sandals and was watched by the employee Je Kim and Melissa. Probably because I was black . Go up to purchase the sandals and ask if it’s debit or credit I say debit. CHARGES THE CARD and then ask to see my Id! What was the pint of asking after the fact, umm again probably be cash Im black . Extremely racist , inconsiderate, belittling experience and won’t be back !"
"Ive never been into clothes and fashion but walking into the store, I felt I finally found my style. I wanted some really pretty skirts so bad (pretty good price too). The fitting room is dramatically taped up like we're still in a pandemic and when I asked if they took returns, they told me no. I would have probably bought them if I was able to try them on OR be able to return them. This is beyond unreasonable. No hate against the employees. The people who run this store seem like con artists. They change the name of this fashion store every few years too."
"I shopped here last year, the shirts I bought didn’t fit me. I went and returned them. The owner, or manager circled the items on the receipt I had, stapled a debit card receipt and told me I had store credit. I asked her if the store credit expired and she said no. I saved the receipt and forgot about it. Then I realized I had the receipt today in my wallet. So I walk in the store, I was going to buy 2 coats, anyway. I go up the register and I ask the same lady about the store credit and she tells me that those receipts are not the store credit receipts so I’m looking at her confused and I tell her, you gave me these two a few months ago, I remembered the event clearly because I don’t usually shop at that store anyway, she flat out told me, “I can’t help you” so if you guys shop here make sure you guys record the conversation you guys are having with the people that work here, it’s not so much about the money, it’s about the attitude she flat out told me I can’t help you when she was the one that gave me the receipts and verbally told me, just bring this and you’ll get credit."
