"They have been in decline for the last 5 years. Most building trades steer clear from Redwings due to availability,lead times and boots wearing quicker than most cheaper competition. I tried giving them another chance but $135 for a resole and a 6-10 week lead time is just to much! Not to me tion they ship repairs to Minnesota!! Back to thorogood I go."

"The gentleman who assisted me was awesome. He took his time and made sure I got the correct shoes. I told him what issues I’ve had in the past. He listened, used the equipment there to assist him and recommended the shoes, inserts and socks. They all worked out perfect. So happy he was working the day I went in."
"Didn't get the experience I thought I'd get, especially if you your gonna spend around $300-350. I was greeted, but the girl definitely wasn't getting out of her chair. She stated their was geared more towards the working boot. It was a Monday, maybe the working guys get better service on the weekends. Will not go back to this red wing."
