"Horrible apartments. The trash is always full to the top and you’re expected to just leave the trash in your apartment due to them only having 1 trash can for the entire complex. The office changes management every other month and the office is never open. Online it says they close at 5:30 but they are making their own rules. They can’t keep a maintenance guy so you’ll go weeks without your request being taken care of. And it’s trashy but they raise rent. Spend your money elsewhere."

"My overall experience at the Abbington At Stones River was good when Ms. Kyisha and Ms. Christi were the landlords they were very nice and understanding. It’s a new landlord they have and she is very rude and always tries to get smart. I was being nice and respectful but she still was rude. All I wanted to ask was a simple question and she said please stop emailing me and was getting smart in the emails. Then I had a friend said she rushes you off the phone which is true she tried to be smart with me saying the longer she on the phone with me she can’t take her lunch. Terrible…"

"We've been here 7 months. We have never had a problem and all the neighbors are very friendly and nice. It's very clean, the treat for bugs to keep them away. Maintenance requests are taking care of within a day or two. All the rooms are nice size except the one bedroom, it's not big enough at all."

"The experience seemed great throughout my time there until I moved out and received the final statement. The management team took money out of my deposit that they could not explain and have not reimbursed. When I called the manager mocked the fact that it was only $x amount of dollars as if it shouldn’t matter. I would still recommend though as the approval process was fast, requests were met extremely timely even when offices were closed, and maintenance is 24/7."

"I don’t like these apartments at all. I don’t like how they’re are stray cats running around and no effort being made to get rid of them. I go to take out the trash and there’s a cat. I go to my car they’re are cats next to and under my car. I step outside my door and they’re CATS. It makes no since that I have to come to my home where I pay the bills and have to watch out for stray cats. I lived here almost a year and I’m far from happy with the service of the leasing office and they’re lack of effort in getting rid of these stray animals. I also don’t like how the maintenance man acts when he’s in my apartment. He lingers around after he has finished his work and has done this multiple times. This complex could be ran a lot better."
