"Lived here with my boyfriend and our roommate for about 7-8 months. By far one of the worse places I’ve ever lived in. If I could give zero star rating I so would. For starters the apartment we were in was so run down. There’s no water pressure half the time. If you turn the kitchen sink on the shower doesn’t have pressure. There’s mold and mildew growing underneath the kitchen sink because the wood is rotting. The bottoms of the cabinets can’t really hold super heavy dishes, because they’re close to bottoming out. The fact there isn’t an actual full bathtub in the bathroom, the wall in the shower grows black mold from the water sitting on the brick wall. The toilet broke very often. One morning we woke up and the whole bathroom floor was flooded because overnight the toilet apparently decided to not stop filling up the tank…I could go on and on about the problems these apartments have but I’d be here all day. Not to mention it took maintenance WEEKS to come any problem we had if they ever even came out. I don’t recommend these apartments if and until the people who own them actually put money into them to fix them up where they’re actually worth $1200+"
