"Pretty disappointed with my experience. My dentist recommended I go see a specialist since I had a unique situation that they were unable to resolve. I looked up Dr David R at Goh Smile Dental on the DeltaDental website, and it said that he was accepting new patients. I called in to set up some time; and the receptionist lady set up an appointment for me with him. Receptionist lady helped set up an appointment a week out; and one hour before my appointment, I got a call that my appointment was canceled; and the reason was that the doctor only took patients who worked with their general dentistry office. I would've been perfectly fine with coming in to do a general checkup and then setting up a meeting with the doctor afterwards; but cancelling an appointment an hour before is just unprofessional and a bad experience for potential patients. Giving a star back for the way the receptionist lady handled communications; but leaving a negative review for how this dental practice treats prospective patients."
