"I already posted on the corporate page, but I want to make sure to post here for Joanie & Danielle. Both were extremely helpful in the leasing process for our home and were understanding of our deadline and current situation. While this company is pretty black & white if you qualify or not, these two ladies made sure every avenue was taken which ultimately got us approved and we should be in our new home this week. Thank you to both of you because as a stay at home Mom and the stresses of moving to a new city, you two made me feel welcome, heard, and valued. I will be recommending this company to anyone I can looking for rentals."
"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company does not have any people local for you to talk to. RIDICULOUS! In - 3 degree weather my heat went out and the customer service agent basically told me I have to wait three days for something that's by law an emergency and needs to be fixed ASAP. I am contacting my city today to file a complaint with this company. I have 2 small children as well, which I explained to the customer service agent. Also, the customer service agents can't really do anything. They have little to no knowledge because they are not local! There's a huge disconnect between the actual people who can help and the customer service agents. There is not a system where you can transfer to speak to someone either. I will definitely be breaking my lease because this is a terrible property company. I will be contacting my city today to file a formal complaint against this property company, and I encourage everyone who's had a bad experience to do the same and talk to your city! This company needs to be fined, sued, and closed down for negligence! I had another experience where the maintenance department that works for the company just closed the work order without coming and making any fixes. This company is a corporate joke! They don't care about their tenants, and they don't have any customer service agents who have any knowledge about property management, what is supposed to be done, and in what timely manner it should be done. They do not have any care in the world. & they are not aware of tenant laws. One customer agent placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. This company is complete trash!"
"Rented a house in April. House had cockroaches and was filthy upon us receiving keys as seen in the pictures. Had to postpone move in 2 weeks while WE cleaned and treated for the pests because Mainstreet refused to. House had holes in the walls, broken locks, and bedroom door missing when we received the keys as well. It took 3 months to get those things fixed. Drawers were broken and instead of fixing them, the nailed them shut. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. Had a broken faucet for 4 months, a bathroom without power for 2 months, holes in the soffit that has allowed raccoons into the ceiling that we've been trying to get fixed since we got the keys in April. It'snow December. I'd give negative stars if I could. Run far far away from this company!"
"I had to retract my review. My family and I just moved in of their properties. Before moving in I noted after my last tour (which I had to pay to tour) that the house needed to be cleaned and pest control needs to come and spray. Well neither was done. We had to clean the house before moving in and I had to get the house sprayed for bugs. We nothing there was no trash bin for our trash to be picked up. I called to inform the company that there was no Trash bin and it will be $73.40 to get it replaced. They said because the utility is in our name we will have to purchase it. That is not right at all. Please tell me why do we have a jack holding up our sink! This is crazy! We just moved in last week and already having issues with this company. Oh and DO NOT reply to my review telling me to send you all an email. You all are supposed to call and try to fix the problem. You all need to work on your customer service. I’m a leasing manager I would NEVER treat my resident how you all treated us already! Learn good customer service please!!!"
"My fridge stopped working middle of December. It took them 3 weeks to finally respond. At the point I had already purchased a new fridge. I requested a credit for the fridge and the 4 weeks I was without a fridge/freezer and needing to order out. They gave me $120 and declined to pay me back for their fridge I had to replace. Ever since they outsourced the customer service, the customer service has been nearly useless. You can't speak to any actual people here in the US to get a resolution. Many times I've been hung up on during hold. There was no pest removal done either before moving in. That was a bold face lie they told us. And then told us that any pests are our responsibility. On top of this they started adding a new pet rent fee to get more money out of you but god forbid they use the exorbitant rent prices to fix their homes their rent out. Edit1: My fence has been rotting away and falling over for the last year. Their Maintenance company "ReadyHouse" has failed to repair the fence and actually made it worst. My maintenance request was put in back in April. They have been out here 4 times now since then to "finish" the job. Still have posts that are uncut and the most botched job on a fence repair. Edit2:Customer service is still the worst. Literally zero ability to do anything that we can't already do in the new resident portal. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER."
