"Overall expired wasn't what i asked for, she was overly aggressive with my hair and didn't take her time. I just had asked for my ends trimmed and showed the amount I wanted off, i also said i wanted my layers fixed a little bit. When cutting my hair it wasn't brushed out or anything she created knots in my hair. While cutting it was all over the place meaning she just went right in started cutting off more than i had asked for. While blow drying my hair overly aggressive once again. I just asked for layers to be fixed and there extremely uneven and i have random short pieces of hair throughout my hair."
