"Definitely not the place to live if you have kids. 30+ year old sinking subfloors over a crawlspace, in addition to paper thin walls with no insulation, make living here with small children a nightmare. Simply walking across the floor shakes the entire place. Every single step squeaks loudly when you walk, so the kids wake up crying multiple times a night. You would think neighbors on either side living in the exact same situation would be more understanding, nope. I've had run ins with both of them, and my kids are the only reason I haven't caught a case dealing with either one. Things are constantly breaking because of decades of low-skill, bandaid fixes. Bye-bye deposit. Getting out of the parking lot in the morning is an absolute nightmare, oh and btw don't even think about living here if you're in the service or construction industry. Commercial vehicles are beneath the standard of living in this upscale neighborhood and are strictly prohibited. I'd only recommend this place to someone extremely desperate, or someone I don't like"

"The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors pee, talk, fart, intercourse, watch loud movies pretty much anything. When I am in bed and the neighbors use the restroom I can smell their poo in my apartment. I have caught hundreds of brown recluse spiders in glue traps. There isn’t enough parking. Half the parking spots are parallel parking. The street intersection at the entrance of the apartments is so busy it takes 15 minutes just to leave the parking lot. You can only pay rent with a check. They have cheap laminate flooring in the apartments that scratches very very easy,,, there goes your deposit money. You can’t have grills. No pets, not even a fish, but you can have thousands of pet brown recluse provided at no cost by the apartments. Office doesn’t have an after hour drop box for payment. Shower tile grout is all missing which allows black mold to grow between the tiles creating health concerns. Ac units are older than I am. Pool is open one month a year. All the doors squeak insanely loud."

"I was working with the leasing manager Debbie for 2 weeks telling her how I just had a baby and about to be homeless in a few weeks . After I paid my application fee she told me to come into the office to sign my signature again which didn’t make sense because I already did. I feel she just wanted to see what I looked like, soon as I went into the office she said my income , rental history and everything else looked good. The next day I received a email saying I was DENIED without a reason why. I called asking what was the reason and all she could say was “I don’t know I’m confused like you” but you’ll receive a letter in the mail. She saw a young African American woman walk in and changed her mind! After reading the reviews I’m glad she denied me because I don’t want to deal with this KAREN!"

"Glad I didn't end up moving here. This apartment was posted for a vacant one bedroom a week and a half ago. My boyfriend and I have been jumping through hoops to get our paperwork together and cosign. Paid for my application in cash first, and had my boyfriend come in a few days later. To then find out through him that the woman living in the "vacant apartment" we were supposed to be moving into has backed out last minute. We were given an estimated move in date and everything. Passed the background check and there were no issues on our end but we got scammed out of $50 for an application because it's "nonrefundable". If the apartment wasn't 100% vacant and available it shouldn't have been posted to begin with. We could've invested elsewhere and not wasted our time. If this was a quality residence and the people were the priority, then we would've gotten our money back for an issue that was out of our hands. Do better."

"First and foremost the apartments are quiet and very safe.This would be a great place to live BUT the management is absolutely terrible and unprofessional! The Property manager "Debbie" is extremely passive aggressive and nosy which makes living here uncomfortable for tenants. I have caught her looking into my car on two occasions. She will literally stand outside and stare at people in the pool like a creeper.Adults should not feel like they are being supervised especially when they pay rent on time and dont cause any issues.. Upon looking at reviews for the apartments you will find several other complaints regarding this property manager. It blows my mind that the property owner has not fired her. Glad that i have found a new apartment and will be moving soon."
