"If you want someone to treat you like a family then visit this office. They are down to earth and no nonsense approach. Staff is very helpful and try to accommodate your time in their schedule. Always explain your coverage upfront and don't try to get extra money for unneeded treatment. I will definately recommend Dr. Patel for dental needs"
"I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They scheduled me for the next morning and told me office visit and x-rays will be 70 dollars. I arrived for my appointment and filled out all the paperwork. I was then told the fee would be 70 dollars only if I paid cash; I was not told this on the phone. I have no insurance and do not typically carry cash. I was told the credit card price would be 105 dollars. That is a 50 percent mark up for credit card. I was given the option to leave and return with cash. I left but will not return. Vending machines and even parking meters accept credit cards. I will not do business with anyone who is that far out of touch with modern times and neither should you. Fifty percent mark up for credit card is unreasonable."
