"We have been here almost 7 years now and have gone through multiple management changes since then. At first management for Scout Landing was a bit rocky during the transitional phase, but they have definitely stepped it up over the past several months. They have been responsive to any questions or concerns, quick to get issues resolved, and the maintenance team has been awesome!"
"Hailey in the office was outstanding to work with when helping my son set up his first apartment. The maintenance team was responsive when we sent in the first service request by coming over the next morning to ensure his washer was up and running. Very convenient location and so far everything has gone smoothly. Nice community."
"i’ve lived here for a little over four years when it was being ran by someone else. it is a totally night and day difference when scout landing took over. the office staff is outstanding!! & the maintenance team is always on top of it, no matter what , they are quick to get whatever you need looked at and fixed. they host events, like food trucks , donut trucks , movies & more. the whole staff is great at communicating and willing to help at any time. overall since scout landing took over, i definitely recommend living here!!"
"Since moving here in January 2023 I have had an awesome experience. The maintenance team is extremely fast in responding. I have submitted a repair request and had someone follow up within an hour more than once, or in the case of an AC problem they were unable to fix that day they set up a portable AC unit and came back first thing the next day. The front desk staff is helpful and always responsive to emails quickly. They also host occasional community events or food trucks which is a nice perk. I would recommend renting here!"
"Since moving into Scout Landing in Nov. I have had nothing but a great experience. The front staff ladies are so nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are very quick and efficient when needed. The neighbors I’ve met are very nice. It’s located in a great area accessible to food, shopping and not too far from The Avenue and downtown."
