The Edge

"Hi. I haven't moved in yet nor completed my application. But, I can tell you that I'm so excited that I found out about "The Edge." It's more than I was expecting when i toured the complex and 2 bedroom model. I can't wait til me and my pooches move in. Staff was always friendly and helpful every time I went to enquire about an apartment. I'm gonna give 5 stars now and have faith that the pool situations will stay opened more this summer than in the past. Gracie, Lucy and I will see yall soon."

"Your next home could be the Edge, and it wouldn’t have been a wrong decision. My girlfriend and I moved here in May of ‘23 and we’ve enjoyed every day we’ve been here. It’s conveniently located 5 minutes from the highway, while avoiding all the noise that comes with it. Gas, Walmart, and food is within reach. Rent is sustainable and my dog lives the ability to go on walks and smell around such an active community."

"I love the edge apartments! For our first time home, the staff have been super helpful and willing to work with you for anything you need. It’s in a nice location and feels like you are away from the city but still close! We love the ponds and the multiple dog parks for our dog too! Highly recommend and will keep recommending to friends!"

"there have been several car break ins so it doesn’t feel very safe here. also i hate that the management will randomly shut down the pool in the summer because “people don’t clean up after themselves”. It’s not fair to most of the residents that do clean up after themselves for them to decide to shut it down. We specifically chose this place for the pool and are very disappointed with the managements choices. Other than that it’s an ok place to live, there is definitely better but also definitely worse."

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the apartment complex, specifically concerning their abusive fee structure. Every month, new and unjustifiable charges are imposed, making the living situation increasingly untenable. The common areas, particularly the corridors, are consistently littered, and the grass is infested with dog waste, creating an unsanitary environment. Furthermore, the towing system is problematic, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for residents. To add to these issues, the rental charges consistently deviate from the agreed-upon contract amount, leading me to question the transparency and fairness of the management. In summary, this apartment complex in Murfreesboro has proven to be the worst I’ve encountered, with its exploitative fees, poor maintenance, and questionable business practices. I urge immediate attention and resolution to rectify these ongoing problems. Just one instance of dirt; there are much worse things."
