"I put a $100 deposit for a hair coloring appointment 2 weeks out. I had a family emergency and could not make my appointment. After multiple attempts at trying to reach someone to let them know I had no luck and gave up. After dealing with my ordeal I then decided to try again to see if I could get a another hair appointment or my deposit back. I was told I would have to pay another $100 if I wanted my hair done and they don't usually give deposit back. Long story short we went back and forth and finally got them to Zelle me money back. I got a screen shot of what looked like a deposit. After confirming with my bank and Zelle that no transaction for any money was put through and there are no issues on my end I have come to the conclusion that there was never any money sent back to me. Shame on them."
