"I agree 100% with all the comments of Bryan Ezarak, same thing happened to me. Actually, I started my appointment last August 2023 and the only treatment they did is cleaning in August and fitting on my partial was done only last January 2024. Needed crowns and partials but the X-ray for crowns was not approved due to incomplete X-ray and there are 3 assistants who did the X-ray so many times but can’t get the right photos for my crowns. The bad thing is my appointment is always schedule every month but then when it’s close to my appt. they will send an email stating my appt. has been canceled. I spoke with previous and current managers but nothing happened and it seems like managers have an attitude. I called corporate office, the person I spoke to, said someone will call me back within 72 hours but and it’s been more than one week and no return call."

"I didn't receive services here but my partner is. He came here a couple of months ago was given a payment plan since he has no insurance. Great - pricing is average for the quality they provide. What they didn't clarify was the monthly appts across the span of 6 months, which typically, other professional dental offices would conduct within 2-3 appts. I'm complaining about this because the number of days required to take off work for the dental appts are unnecessary and a waste of time. Please think about your customers above your company's appt structure, which you're hurting your customers more than your business practice."

"They made me wait over 1 hour one time. My appointment was at 3pm, I came in 30minutes early and they didn't call me up until 4pm!! Also only a few of the Dental Assistants were actually helpful, but the Front Desk always seem like they're on break doing something else. Oh and if you call their office, goodluck. They had me waiting for minutes only to be hung up! Very unprofessional, I advice anyone only to go here as a last resort."

"Had a bad experience here. I came in for x-rays, a cleaning, and routine dental work. I had an appointment, however was kept waiting over an hour. X-rays could have at least been done sooner, as no one else was ahead of me, but staff was talking amoungst themselves about non work related items. In addition, the staff as a whole were very unprofessional, and when the dentist finally did see me, they only did a review of my teeth to give me an outrageous bill. They did not start with the cleaning as most places would. First, they wanted to see how much I would pay, in addition to what my insurance would cover. I ended up leaving after approximately 2 hours spent there with nothing done to my teeth. Very bad experience."

"I was squeezed in today for some last minute work. All the staff were amazing, patient and friendly. I want to mention Arezo for her amazing customer service skills, the wonderful staff at this location definitely removed all my fears of dentistry! Way to go team! Can’t wait to see you for all my upcoming visits."
