"Due to my long-time family dentist becoming out of network for my health insurance plan, I had to find a new one. After exploring several options, I settled on Concord Advanced Dentistry, primarily due to its proximity to my home. The process was straightforward. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely helpful in scheduling appointments for me, my wife, and our two children. The intake forms were easy to complete online. During my previous dental check-up, I discovered I had cavities that required crowns, which was frustrating despite my diligent oral hygiene routine. Arriving for my appointment on February 2nd, I was surprised by the condition of the office interior, which appeared dated and in need of renovation. After being checked in by the friendly staff, I was taken to my exam room. The examination light looked old and dusty, but the x-ray process proceeded as expected. Then Dr. Hema Patel came in and introduced herself to me. She already seemed frustrated (as if she had seen my x-rays outside of the room). She opened them on a screen and proceeded to tell me the terrible condition my teeth were in, as if I didn't already know about the state of my dental health. Still, I can take it when somebody is straightforward with me. I'm in sales and have thick skin, so that wasn't the issue. What was the issue was the fact that Dr. Patel was cold, abrasive, and incompassionate. She questioned my dental habits skeptically and criticized my flossing technique, despite my assurance that I followed recommended practices. Dr. Patel's implication that I wasn't taking my dental health seriously left me feeling ashamed and belittled. Despite my attempts to explain my frustration, Dr. Patel remained dismissive and unprofessional. The treatment plan provided was unexpectedly expensive compared to previous estimates, prompting me to seek a second opinion. Upon consultation with Dr. Rosalyn Burke, I discovered a significant price difference, with Dr. Burke attributing it to the higher cost associated with Concord Advanced Dentistry's in-house crown printing machine. However, she warned against its reliability compared to traditional methods. During my appointment with Dr. Burke, she reassured me that my dental issues were not solely my responsibility, citing previous dental work as a contributing factor. In conclusion, my experience with Concord Advanced Dentistry, particularly with Dr. Hema Patel, was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services."

"I love the CAD family! I have waited almost 10 years to do my implant but Dr. Pope & Dr. Rad were able to make me feel comfortable enough to finally do it. They really take care of you here. I have been to other dentists who are just in it for the money. This is not the case here. They are very honest and supportive in not only the treatment side but the financial side as well."
