"A horrible experience with a young Hispanic assistant who did not want to help me because I could not read since I did not have my glasses and I simply could not fill out the forms that she asked to fill out and she did not want to fill them out for me. She looked like she was angry and she was very upset that I asked her for help. She said that; She wasn't going to give me a consultation if I didn't fill out the paperwork myself. I couldn't have my consultation."
