"Reservations made 3 weeks in advance for 3 adults, 1 child pedicure. Called morning of to confirm. Arrived on time and had to wait 35 minutes. Gave us 2 adult, 2 kids (one is 11 and wanted an adult chair-hence the reservation)...I get you’re busy, that’s why we made a reservation...why take reservations if they can’t be accommodated? The ladies doing the pedicures were VERY nice...man running the show-not really interested in providing us with what we had prearranged...this group will be going somewhere else that respects reservations made."
"This place and the staff are great. Clean accommodating. Great nail designs. Friendly. Nails and waxing were always superb. My nails were natural and long due to the way Vicky worked her magic. I've been gone from CA for 3 years now and have found no one who compares to Vicky and her quiet comfortable salon. I've recommended her andcsalon to others and still will buy gift certificates to give to my friend in Millbrae. Miss you Vicky"
"They were very accommodating. All materials are fresh out of a sterilizer and the staff are all friendly. The prices are so much lower than everywhere else and have the same quality. They even let my boyfriend sit next to me in the pedicure chairs! Definitely going again."
