"Dr. Kobayashi is a good dentist, kind and professional, but his office staff is poorly organized. They never ever call back when they are supposed to, no matter if it's to answer a question or to schedule/reschedule an appointment. It forces you to make several calls for the same reason, even if it's something that could be easily solved in a couple of minutes. It's a waste of time and it's irritating. We're switching to another dentist with the new year for that reason."
