"A scam and quite greedy practice. All the five star reviews you see here are zombie reviews. I have decent insurance and they urged me to do 3 very common procedures which cost about $3000 total if I enroll in their membership which is $600 a year and caps at total discount of $1200 (would mean it will cost double if I don’t enroll). It sounded quite ridiculous so I refused to continue and is planning on seeing a new dentist. Still, they submitted an insurance claim for $1090 as a pre-estimate for procedures I didn’t agree to perform. Beware they are extremely corporate and will try to get you enrolled in their membership and charge you $2000 for a common procedure WITH insurance. (Meaning for example, if your insurance covers 1000 that is a procedure of 3000). Of course these are just FYI, please don’t mind my comments if you have plenty of money to waste."

"This is my first ever Google review. I had the best dental experience here, upon arrival the receptionist Natalie immediately acknowledged me and was super friendly throughout. Dr. Offord was personable and patiently answered all my questions. He gave me pros and cons on my wisdom teeth extractions but left the final decision to me. The dental hygienist Clara was so friendly, gentle, and gave me great tips on best dental practices. I felt at ease with her immediately and was relaxed through the entire process. The office also looks new and bright. 5-star team!"
