"We moved in and quickly filed all (very few) deficiencies with the apartment. Within 4 hours, maintenance arrived to take a look at our dryer and microwave. Blake was our service advisor and did an excellent job. He showed up with urgency, solved our issues in the apartment, and ultimately, exceeded our expectations. Maintenance is always worth considering when buying into a lease, and I am pleased with our maintenance experience thus far."

"I don’t know where to start with how much I love this community. We’re days away from our one year anniversary of moving here. The apartment is a new build and sure there were a few imperfections, but the staff has always been really helpful to get anything corrected. The neighborhood is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. It’s easy to connect with neighbors and once you do, it’s like you’ve been here for years.
