"My husband and I just moved in, and the entire leasing and moving process was so smooth and easy to follow. The staff is awesome, they were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with us from the very start. We LOVE Christian, the leasing consultant! He's been amazing throughout this whole process. He is so joyful, and genuinely wants to help you and make sure everything is great! Not to mention, the apartment and the whole complex is absolutely beautiful and there are countless amenities to use. There's nothing we don't like so far, we are SO glad we chose Artessa!"

"Do not move here. The pictures are great but this property and their staff are horrible. The amenities are closed half the time and they are mediocre at best. Random charges showed up on our bill frequently, and they lost our security deposit and were attempting to force us to pay it again. Upon move-out they made up multiple reasons to charge us more that were unfounded. Karla is rude and disrespectful with no interpersonal skills and zero understanding of management. If you want bugs in your apartment you’ve found the right place because you pay for pest control that isn’t done. And if you want to throw away a larger item in the trash be prepared for a phone call telling you someone reported you for throwing away “construction material” and you will be fined."

"I can't say enough great things about Artessa and the staff here. Joe, Karla and team are wonderful! They are attentive and truly care about the residents here as well as the property. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The grounds and the common areas are beautifully kept. I really appreciate the fun events that we have here as it allows everyone to get to know each other and build community. This is the best place I have ever lived hands down. Also, you can't beat the location as it is tucked away and quiet but close to everything Cool Springs has to offer."

"I love the apartment floor plans which is different from most of the apts where I lived. Great fixtures, granite countertops and in-built laundry. Bldg maintenance and amenities are excellent. Friendly staff, event coordinators who make monthly events special. Personal fitness and Pilates trainer available upon request. All time access to fitness, yoga and business centre. I have posted some of the pics which might help future residents to make a decision. I'm very happy about my choice :)"

"This is a wonderful place to live in the cool springs neighborhood. Apartment construction is very new compared to all others in this area. Community is always clean. Homes are very spacious with the most modern appliances. Valet trash is provided on weekdays. Club house is the most amazing attraction with top of the line Starbucks coffee vending machine, pool table, game area, pop corn machine, home theatre area, outdoor grills and electric camp fire area, gym room with modern equipment, another cycling / yoga room, business center and what not. Is there anything else you can ask for ? If all this is not enough, there are at least 2-3 events every month. Just in the month of February, we had the best valentines party, fitness session with a personal trainer and pilates session. More and more to come every month. On top of everything else, there is a pet park and dedicated pet wash area. I have lived in apartments across the country in past 5-6 years and this has been the best."
