They are so responsive to maintenance calls (most times coming on the same or next day). They are so courteous and efficient ( Especially Andre and George). It’s a great place to live. I plan to be here for a very long time."

"7/28/23 A happy update for IMT Franklin Gateway since I just signed my SECOND lease. The fabulous team, Imaria, Janna & Ray remembered that I was interested in upgrading my unit (to a higher floor) & found one that has exceeded my expectations! They are the reason I choose to stay - I feel supported here as a resident & they go to extreme efforts to make IMT-FG a real community. Look no further if you’re looking for a gorgeous property strategically located to shops & attractions, while being nestled amongst beautiful surrounding hillside. Special kudos to Andres & Brandon, the building engineers who are always so helpful, professional & ready to offer a warm hello. I’ll say it again, I’m so happy here! — Previous Review: Look no further than this IMT Franklin property. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Franklin & also walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and a darling market. The property is beautiful & well kept, maintenance requests are timely with quality work (thank you Andres!), & the resident business office, living room, kitchen, coffee & snacks are added bonuses! My leasing agent, Courtney, was terrific to work with. She is extremely communicative, professional, kind, and is a natural cheerleader during the stresses of a move. She simply made it all ok. I love it here!"
