"I recently moved out of this community, and I was not going to leave a review up until I saw the previous two comments that are not an accurate reflection of this amazing community. The office staff was always friendly and helpful from our move in to our move out. I do know that they are very tied up with a lot of projects this summer (new roofs, pool and playground) and are a maintenance tech short but even with all that, they communicate regularly through resident emails and Rob does a really great job keeping the grounds clean and work orders completed. If it weren’t for a job transfer, we’d be renewing. We loved living there! I highly recommend this community to anyone in search of a comfortable and well-managed community."
"I just wrapped up 12 months of living at Harpeth River Oaks and I can honestly say it was the best apt living experience I have ever had. I've lived in apartments all over the country and in Europe and my experience with Sharra, Jessie, Brandon, and the whole team there was exceptional. Especially for those moving from out of state, rest assured knowing that you are in good hands and will be well taken care of here. The hot tub is actually hot (in the best way!) and the pool is great as well. The grounds are really well kept and the location is really unbeatable. For the price I can't find anything else comparable in the area. If it weren't for the fact that I am buying a house, I would have definitely renewed my lease here again. Thanks again to the team at HRO! :)"
