Greenhaven

"Upon moving into my apartment I had a busted light shade that was never replaced. My tub was also cracked. They took weeks to fix the tub and once they did it was causing issues a couple months later. The second fix took several months to be made. My fridge went out this summer and because they don’t answer maintenance requests quickly all my food went bad. But don’t worry they gave me a credit of 85 dollars for the hundreds of dollars worth of food I lost. They attempted to raise my rent when they were renting out my exact floor plan for almost $200/month less. My neighbors have been battling ants in their apartments on and off the entire time I’ve lived here with no help from the main office. The grills at the pool are rarely working. And the equipment in the gym is outdated and in need of maintenance. There have been light bulbs out in the gym for months as well. There are definitely better places to live and front offices that are easier to work with."

"So far so great. Neely was extremely helpful when touring and signing the lease. Been living here for a week, and I've been very happy. Wonderful apartment layout and appliances. Can't wait to start using the wonderful amenities too! I had a shower head issue when I moved in on a Saturday night and maintenance promptly fixed the issue Sunday morning! The only gripe I have is that there is A LOT of dog poop on the premises. Please pick up after your pets people, and please add more dog poop bag stations, Greenhaven!"

"No apartment is perfect. You will always have some noise here and there etc. but I love ours over all so much. Low on maintenance workers so does take some time sometimes. I feel bad for our current ones doing everything. We have the two bed it’s huge bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms. It is a garden style apartment complex so you do have walk stairs if on upper floors, but if you don’t care I really would recommend checking out Greenhaven. Club house is GORGEOUS comes with games pool table tvs etc. huge gym. And nice pool. Right by grocery stores and 5 mins from DT Franklin. I wouldn’t chose any other apartment specially for the things you get and the great price point."

"Greenhaven has been a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for almost three years and it is a great community to be part of. There are lots of community events to get to know your neighbors and the area is very well kept. The maintenance workers are always doing something to improve the area. Greenhaven is also in a perfect location. Walking distance to chick-fil-a and target as well as a short five minute drive to downtown Franklin. I have truly enjoyed living here."

"I looked at a few different complexes in the Franklin/Cool Springs area, but Greenhaven was my last stop. Most of the leasing agents I spoke with were mediocre at best but not at Greenhaven. The property manager, Katie, showed me around, and before I left I had decided this is where I want to be. I have lived in a few different apartments before and I know how important it is to have a front office staff and maintenance team that you can trust and is willing to work with you in a timely manner. These are brand new, really nice apartments, but the reality is something will eventually tear up and you are going to want a quick response out of the front office and maintenance crew. I signed on the dotted line for the apartment before I left that day, but a day or two later I realized I didn't check the size of the garage to make sure my vehicle would fit. I called Katie and she had Thomas, the maintenance supervisor, check the height of the garage door for me. I had an answer within a couple of hours which made me feel even better about my choice. The apartment complex is great and the team on staff is that much better. I highly recommend Greenhaven!"
