"Amazing Doctor! Having a previous accident ( broken jaw bone, missing bottom teeth and missing bone on several areas of my jawbone, I had a complex case to say the least. ( Bone reconstruction, gum implant, implants, crown, Etc.) I was surprised and amazed of all the capabilities and advance technology this clinic have and use in house. Doctor Melgar explained all of my options and processes I needed to get done. Being my self an engineering and processes oriented individual, I loved the fact that he took the time to explain all processes using a computerized 3D model. "The receptionist are great and everyone else was helpful. However I won't returning. Dr. Melgar needs to work on his customer service skills. I expressed some pain complaints while he was examining my teeth, which went blatantly ignored. After my procedure was over he said, "ok thanks goodbye" he didn't even give me a chance to ask follow up questions. After leaving the room he turned to his next patient and was pleasantly nice and welcoming which leads me to believe he has issues with certain people. I checked other reviews because I though I was crazy and nope other people have expressed similar issues."
