"I love this charming warm inviting boutique that is a “must visit” in Los Olivos. It’s a beautifully arranged shop with a unique Tahitian Pearl jewelry collection, deliciously colorful and stylish, easy-to-wear dresses, children’s clothing and unusual gifts and home goods from all over the world. It’s an enchanting elegant shopping experience. I drive often from Santa Barbara just to feel the vibe and buy clothing and gifts I can’t find anywhere else. It’s my favorite go- to! Elizabeth"

"My 2 sisters and I love visiting Los Olivos and all its charm. We love the wine, the food and the specialty shops. I am sad to say our customer experience at the Coco Belle store was very disappointing. The store agent behaved rude, dismissive and outright racist. She dismissed our questions and treated us as if we wouldn't be able to afford her merchandise because of our brown skin. Let me point out she missed out on at least a $600 sale since all 3 of us were ready to purchase several items, like her perfumes and jewelry. We had just witnessed her speaking French and being friendly to a white-French speaking client; however when it came to me and my sisters she was racist in her lack of interest and overall demeanor. If she would have taken the time to interact with me she would have found out I also speak French though I am Mexican. We visit Los Olivos often, but we can assure the store owner, sadly we will never set foot inside this store."
