"I have been here to do the deep cleaning. Deep cleaning supposedly needed 2 appointment to do. Eventually, he only took about 15 mins to clean one side of my teeth. After the second visit, I noticed a chipped on my upper left canine which is very noticeable. I called back to the office and they offered to see me again. After the visit, the dentist refused the mistake that he made. The way he talked gave me the feeling that I didn’t take before and after pics to prove myself so I have to take the result. Very bad service and bad customer service, doesn’t worth even a penny. This is the worst experience in my life, I would NEVER come back here. Please don’t go to this office, they are not only bad in service but also rude to patient."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT fall for their “deep cleaning” trap. Get a second opinion; ask what % need deep cleaning. If it’s high, go somewhere else. I recommend Dr Nicolas DDS."
