"I love Pro Nails. Is fun there. Clean, calming and the whole team including Anna and Jade are welcoming and top notch. It has a nice spa vibe and (big bonus that few people pay attention to), you can see great sunsets as you look down towards the beach. Even though it is across the highway, I literally saw a humpback whale spout from my chair when I was there a few months ago! I was flabbergasted."

"Amazing experience! Loved it! Donna was so sweet and kind, she gave me the full treatment. I love the foot massage and the scrubby stuff that she put on my feet, and even did my calves. It was great! It was the first time I ever had my nails painted. Navy blue with rainbow sparkles! Awesome! I highly recommend the experience for men. I went in with my girlfriend and had a blast! Great music. Fun conversation. I think I'll do it at least once a year from this point forward!"

"This is the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. I went in looking for a relaxing experience and I ended up leaving in tears. Originally I went in looking to spend $47 like their board states. I was rushed to pick a color, the lady doing my nails was nice and tried to help me find something I showed her in a picture, however the lady doing my feet treated me as a inconvenience and seemed annoyed that I had come in. The tools they used looked dirty, like they had clearly been used on other people without being cleansed. Right now I’m just hoping not to get any infections. Then once I got to the checkout they told me it was $69 because I had put gel polish on my nails. I get my nails done once a year, I had no idea that gel on my fingers alone would cost an extra $22, considering they used the same polish on both my fingers and my toes I’m not sure I even got gel polish on my fingers. After everybody started yelling, I begged them with tears in my eyes to just run my card so I could leave. Long story short, if you’re looking for a clean place with friendly staff and a relaxing experience this is not the place to do it. Save yourself the tears and absurd prices and find another salon. I am hoping somebody from the salon will get in touch to make this right because I will never go back to this place and I will make sure nobody I know goes there either."
