"I went to Maegan Gutierrez for eyelash extensions and was VERY pleased with her work. She explains in detail everything she is doing and gives thorough aftercare instructions. I’ve since gone back for a fill to keep up the beautiful look. It is so nice to have someone local who does great work!"

"Kayla is AMAZING. I went in with photos and ideas for my hair and she cut my hair even better than I was imagining. She’s very friendly, bubbly and professional. Throughout the entire haircut she would take time to ask my opinion and alter anything that needed changing until my hair was perfect. The salon was clean and relaxing and I will definitely be going back."

She was professional, listened to what I wanted, and her experience with color and highlighting is hands down the best! I love my hair every time she does it. "I don’t usually do this since I myself am a business owner. However my experience with Kayla whom rents a chair at Waves in Pacifica really ruined my hair. I went in there with the sole purpose of having her correct the color in my hair which had a lot of Blonde in it and a haircut. I SPECIFICALLY said I did not want RED in my hair. When I left there it did have a cast of burgundy in it. Kayla said oh i see red in it. She said I can correct that however I had been there already for Four hours and had spent $230.00 for that procedure and $90.00 on product. I went home after a few weeks and I only wash my hair once a week. By that time it turned Orange red. I went to see her and she wanted to charge me another $75.00 to correct HER mistake. When I got there she acknowledged all the red and said she would take care of it at her cost. As I went home she texted and said I’m sorry you’ll have to pay for it. I’m a Dog Groomer and if ever I had a customer who let’s say the haircut for example was too long. I at my cost would ENSURE that every customer I have leaves with smile at my cost. Kayla was a disappointment she didn’t even offer to split the cost. At that point I realized I was not going to give her another chance since she had already damaged my hair. Buyer be ware…"
