"I’m new to SF and booked a cleaning and exam. We went over the work I needed done and I was told I would receive a treatment plan and pricing within a week. That never happened. Over the last three months I have called at least seven times requesting an update on my treatment options and treatment prices. Finally they suggest I just make an appointment and see what happens. I do that and call to confirm the time of the appointment the week prior and AGAIN ask for treatment plan and pricing. I’m told on the phone what we will be working on and that I’ll receive price via email. I receive the email and it is something different that what we discuss on the phone. An extraction and bone graft to prepare for a future implant….Without pricing on the implant. I reply with that’s not what we just stated the day before and that I would like to start on what we agreed to. On my way to the appointment I receive a call stating I have to start the treatment this way or the dentist will not see me. So after wasting my annual exam and waiting THREE months I had to cancel without as much as a consult on what my actual options were. Don’t waste your time, exam, or money on this lack luster, unprofessional office."
