"My husband went to this dental office after I looked up reviews to find someone who accepted our insurance. They did a 4 tooth bridge after they ordered a root canal from another specialist. 2 years later the bridge failed, and our current dentist is surprised at how badly it fit, . and the decay that got under the ill fitting crowns( bridge) . I am not someone who writes negative reviews , but this is unacceptable. This is going to cost us $$$ ."

"If you are enrolled in Kaiser for your Childs dental you have ended up with nightmare. This Clinic has unprofessional , unethical and hostile employee. They took 6 month to get the referral, sent referral to places where delta insurance is not taken, send the referral to providers who has some restriction on age and they never verified and also they lied several times saying they sent referrals and did not. At the end of the day their had information incomplete and wrong.... They did not hesitate to put u on hold for 20 minutes and not feel sorry of client and later says that well that's because i am working for 2 offices.... its pain... if you are referred anytime to this place please don't waste your energy.... I also looked at some **5 rating and i think this place might have done something terrible there. No way you will get 5* with that attitude. with that management, with that ethical practices..... go boy is there anyway to get this place into place where they can get services if you cant provide the services why would you exist there? we are not there by our wish and iit was referred by Kaiser … K I believe there are great providers and let them serve you guys' sucks and i don't know if there is place to report this much carelessness and negligence"

"These guys are horrible. DONT GO HERE! They gave my wife the run around and cancelled her appointments more than twice and then told her to go to a different office in Novato. They also want to charge for a copy of the x-rays. The cost is more than what we actually paid for initially. Don't go here, one of the worst places I've been. Edit. The owners response is a joke. Nobody bullied the "staff", as we've had multiple cancellations on their side. Read the owners responses in some of the other reviews, how unprofessional. I encourage everyone reading to look elsewhere. Just go to yelp and look at all the 1 star reviews. These guys are shady. I'm going back to my original dentist, and would rather pay the extra money. Don't go here, just read the other reviews."

"Very poorly manage place, 3 years ago I cancelled my appointment, they agreed, and they billed me for the cancelation fee TODAY. Where were you 3 years ago! Anyway, the other thing is, I got temp crown, which was bleed next couple days, I asked them what I should do? They said come after 4 pm, I went there, and DT gave me a tooth paste, and they billed $150! They Diagnose a Lot of Procedures Not Covered By Insurance! Beware! Hopefully someone reads it!"

"Went in for a cleaning and had a great experience. The wait was short enough to not be too annoying, and I thought the staff was nice. I like that they review costs with you ahead of time. I took off a star because they make you sign this dumb form that states you won't leave a negative review or else you'll get fined. Um....you can't do that....and they did a good job so just let your work speak for itself! Don't try to intimidate people to only leave positive reviews. I get it that you want to manage your reputation, but....."
